Considering that our services are mainly addressed to companies that want to analyze, evaluate and monitor the data of legal entities (customers, prospects, suppliers, competitors, partners, etc., in the subsidiary we collect data of the users of the website www.alertaCUI.ro and products adjacent to it (API, sector studies, company data selections, etc.).

We retain solicitation emails electronically for two years, after which they are securely archived and retained for five years, when we delete them. CRM records are kept for three years from the last contact with you.

The printed e-mails are kept in the commercial file of the completed collaboration, until the expiration of the legal archiving requirement or, in the case of a dispute, until the completion of the actions on the court’s role, in case this document is constituted as evidence in the respective file.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment forms, but also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help us detect spam.
